This past saturday, October 13th, your Hagerstown Hawks ventured to Utica Park for the Hood College XC Invitational. The Hawks faced tough competition, with Salisbury, Virginia Wesleyan, Catholic, Franklin & Marshall, St. Mary's (Md.), McDaniel, Hood and many other teams all vying for the best time. While there were not enough members for your Hagerstown Hawks to compete as a team, four individuals made the trip and finished for individual scores. The fastest of the four being Levi Mason with a finishing time of 30:29.9, coming in 58th out of a grand 113 runners. 

Other competitors from your Hagerstown Hawks include Matt Frushour (31:37.3) coming in 77th, Seth Dodson (33:10.4) finishing 96th, and Kyle Gasior (34:43.9) completing the race at 97th place. 

Be sure to catch your Hagerstown Hawks at their next event on Saturday, October 22nd, competing in the Region XX/MD JUCO Championships located at Westmoreland County Community College.
