Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Thank you for nominating an individual to the HJC / HCC Athletic Hall of Fame. Before continuing, please consider the following guidelines that are used in a candidate's eligibility for induction:

Nominee will be considered 5 years upon completion of their final semester / year at Hagerstown Community College.
Nominees will remain on the ballot for at least 3 years.
Anyone may submit another person's name and qualifications for consideration by the selection committee.
Area of Contribution - Nominee's accomplishments occurred in any field of athletics and / or sports, or any related field pertaining to athletics and / or sports including but not limited to participant, coach and booster.
Residency - Nominee's accomplishment had to be attained while affiliated with HJC / HCC and postgraduate successes.
A maximum of eight (8) persons can be selected to a class
