Head Women's Volleyball Coach, Sierra Hill, is 2017 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. Hill started for the Rebels as a freshman Libero, playing all four years of high school volleyball.  She continued her volleyball career at a Wilson College as the starting Libero for the Phoenix.

Hill graduated from Wilson College in May 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, as well as three minors including Sociology, Communications and Applied Ethics.

Her passion for volleyball has routinely extended beyond game competition for South Hagerstown High School and Wilson College. She has assisted with many volleyball camps in past years, and just recently concluded her own summer camp as assistant director. In addition to her position at Hagerstown CC, she serves as a 16u Coach.

When asked about accepting the Head Coaching position for the Hawks, Hill replied, "I am very excited to begin my next chapter of volleyball here at Hagerstown Community College, building up this program."
