The Lady Hawks lost to Howard Community College on Tuesday, as the Dragons took a solid lead, scoring 3 goals in the first half. Late in the second half, Howard scored the fourth and final goal, and Coach Williams stated, "Our team played a very good game considering we were missing some players. By making key adjustments in the second half, we did an excellent job of controlling the midfield. It was great to see some players step up their game in the absence of key teammates. I was very proud of the effort our team gave."
Hannah Hoffman had 11 saves in the match.
The Hawks are at the College of Southern Maryland today, Thursday September 30th, playing in a 2:00 p.m. match.
