In a rematch against Harford CC, the Hawks faced the Fighting Owls for the second time in three days, and fell 4-0, to start the season 0-2.

Starting as backup goalkeeper, Hannah Hoffman (#8) had 4 saves out of 8 shots on goal.  Throughout the match, Hagerstown made 11 shots on goal to Harford's 10 shots on goal, but were unable to capitalize on the opportunities.

The loss is another stepping stone to navigate in the development and progression toward's team goals.  "Every team has rough days, and it's how they bounce back that builds and defines character," remarked Coach Clifton Williams.  "We still have a lot of games to play, and finding the right chemistry will play a large role in our success."

The Hawks play again on Saturday, August 28th starting at noon.
