Hawks hold Dragons scoreless at half, and come up short, 0-3

Hagerstown hosted the Howard CC on Thursday, and played a defensively strong, holding the Dragons to a scoreless tie to end the first half.  The Dragons offense outmatched the defense in the second half with Kayla Hatmaker (#7) striking first off of a corner kick, Madalyn Nichols (#6) scoring twice later in the half. Bailey Burkett (#14) had 18 saves out of 21 shots on goal.  "I believe this team will do more exciting things the more they play together," offered Head Coach, Clifton Williams.

Hagerstown (1-2-0) travels to CCBC Catonsville on Tuesday, April 20th for a 4:00 p.m. start.
