Hagerstown Baseball 2024

Hawks Baseball 2024 season is in full swing with a young and eager roster. Out of a squad of 29 players, 20 are freshmen and much of the talent is from the local tri-state area.

Carson Casey (17), right-handed pitcher out of North Hagerstown High School, Hunter Finkenbinder (15), outfielder out of South Hagerstown High School, Jacob Hill (33), infielder and right-handed pitcher out of St. Maria Goretti High School, Kaden Jackson (20), catcher, Drew Lever (10) left-handed pitcher, and Eddit Lough (8), outfielder, all from Williamsport High School, outfielder Isaac Grove (16) and infielders Griffin Lowman (18) and Brian Schrodel (24) all from Smithsburg High School and Braeden Wade (1), outfielder from Clear Spring High School all are graduates of Washington County Public Schools. Out of Frederick County, left-handed pitcher, Peyton Castellow (32) and infielder, Logan Simanski (12) both graduated from Catoctin High School. Left-handed pitcher, Noah Bowerman (4) graduated from Chesapeake High School in Pasadena, MD. Freshmen first baseman, Brandon De La Rosa (28), Easton Area High School, infielder, Ethan Earley (23), Grace Academy, outfielder, Aidan Grudzinski (21) Greencastle-Antrim High School, right-handed pitcher, Braden Manning (36), Gettysburg High School, and right-handed-pitcher and infielder, Ethan Shimmel (25) York County High School all graduated from Pennsylvania high schools. Freshmen playing for the Hawks from West Virgina include infielder, Braylon Conner (19), Hedgesville High School and catcher, Mason Everhart (22), Spring Mills High School.

Returning sophomores for the Hawks include infielder Seth Bivens (14), Hancock High School, right-handed pitcher, Devin Bollinger (6), Smithsburg High School, catcher, Sam D'Amelio (9), Poolesville High School (Poolesville, MD), outfielder, Chase Fisher (2), Northumberland High School (Heathsville, VA), right-handed pitcher and first baseman, Noland Genies (31), Brunswick High School, first baseman, Kadin Holmes (37) and right-handed pitcher, James Kershner (34),  both from South Hagerstown High School, outfielder, Sam Martin (3), North Hagerstown High School, and right-handed pitcher, Dillon Smith (11) from Smithsburg High School.

Hagerstown played a twelve game series at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex in Vero Beach, FL and is currently 10-14.
