VERO BEACH, Fla. — Hagerstown Community College improved to 4-0 on its season-opening Florida trip with a doubleheader sweep of Quebec Academy on Saturday.

In the opener, Enrique Morales had two hits, including a three-run home run, and Josh Colliflower allowed one hit while striking out eight over five innings to earn the win for the Hawks. Ryan Crook had three hits and an RBI, and Doug Cassera had two hits and drove in a run.

In the nightcap, Colby Shimmel hit a three-run triple and Nate Cotton drove in two runs for HCC. Jared Durning went five innings for the victory.
