HCC's spring sports are ready to start and the Softball team is ready to go to bat. Having several retuning members and a few new faces, including a new coaching staff. 

Alicen Galanis is the new head coach of the Hawks softball team this year. Galanis comes to HCC from coaching at Spring Hills High School in Martinsburg, WV. Galanis was a varsity softball player at Greencastle Antrim High School and has coached at many different levels since her scholastic career. Joining her this season is also a new Assistant Coach Richard Ricker. 

The Hawks posted a 25-14 record in the 2022 season and went 14-0 in conference play, made it to the DII conference championship last season and they never lost more than 1 game in a row. Hoping to build on their previous season, the Hawks have a roster with 7 returning sophomores and 4 incoming freshmen.
